Job Title: Recycling Operative

Location: Bridgend

Employment Type: Temporary to Permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 7 am – 5 pm, plus some Saturdays 7 am -1 pm

Salary: £12.71

Candour Talent Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Recycling Operative to join our well-established client based in the Bridgend area.

This role presents a unique chance to become a part of a dedicated team within a well-established Recycling company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sort and separate recyclable materials, ensuring proper categorisation of items such as plastics, metals, and paper.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the workday.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Operate machinery and equipment used in the recycling process, demonstrating mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues.
  • Own transport due to location
