In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and selling tailored energy solutions that help businesses reduce costs and improve efficiency.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with proven sales experience, ideally within B2B services sector, who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities (But not limited to):

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the energy market.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling.
  • Present energy solutions, including gas, electricity, and renewable options, to decision-makers.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and account management to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market changes.

About You:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Commercially aware with the ability to tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities.
  • IT literate (CRM, MS Office, sales systems).

  • 15% commission uncapped on all personal revenue and team quarterly bonus structure - Some of the team are exceeding £1500 - £2000 per week in commissions!!
