We are building the happiest team in hospitality, and we’d love you to join us.

We have recently launched our ground-breaking “Gallivant Wellness Charter” which has been designed to support our team stay balanced, healthy and happy in an industry that too often ignores the importance of both physical and mental health.

As a Chef de Partie, you’ll be responsible for managing your own prep and section in the kitchen in addition to working positively within the team to deliver happiness to guests and colleagues. You will be friendly, have a positive mind set and have a real passion for great produce. A knowledge and interest in the UK restaurant scene is an added bonus.

Due to the start and finish times of shifts your own car is essential.

You will work with a talented and supportive team who are passionate about the incredible local produce and award-winning English wines produced in the surrounding countryside, all striving to go beyond for guests, our team and the community.

We will invest in you and support your continued learning and development through local supplier visits and training and daily tasting of new dishes and drinks.
