SALES PERSON | Stapleford, Nottinghamshire

FTC | £35,000 - 60,000 OTE

Arctic Cabins & Cabin Master are excited to be offering a new position in their thriving business. The role will be based at the Nottingham Show Site in Stapleford. We are looking for a highly driven & experienced sales person to work on a full-time basis of 40+ hours per week including some weekend work.

Cabin Master and Arctic Cabins, an award-winning, family-run business with a down-to-earth, honest culture. We have been in business over 20 years and our unique position in the market as both a manufacturer and installer allows us to provide a turnkey solution that customers love.

Salesperson Job Role:

To work within our highly experienced growing Sales department based at the Nottinghamshire Show Site. The role involves selling Garden Rooms and BBQ Cabins B2C & B2B by generating new business yourself. Once fully trained and achieving set sales targets you will be given the opportunity to have in-house marketing leads as well as travel the country attending various Trade Shows we take our garden rooms to. A willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends is required.

What We Offer

Direct Sales Executive required for immediate start with successful and rapidly expanding timber building manufacturer/retail business. We’re looking for ambitious candidates who want to be rewarded for hitting their targets and will thrive off the continuous coaching, training & career development we offer to ensure your on-going development. Just as important – we’re looking for people who have the personality to bring our brands to life!!

Weekly Job Role

  • Generating new potential customers
  • Discussing product details, options and availability with customers
  • Adding information to our CRM system
  • Conducting customer site surveys
  • Completing Purchase Agreements with customers
  • Some weekend work required
  • Manning our Nottingham show site

Skills Requirements

  • Customer Service - demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to create first class customer relationships
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Organised worker & good time keeper

Essentials

  • Smart, clean appearance
  • Full Driving Licence
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Must live within a maximum 30 minute commute from the location of the role
