Unity Build & Repair is looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our growing projects team in Plymouth!

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a key role in transforming properties and delivering high-quality renovations, including:

• Kitchen and bathroom fitting
• First and second fix carpentry – delivering precision and quality throughout every project.
• Suspended ceilings – constructing and installing to a high standard.
• Stud wall construction – building internal walls and installing internal wall insulation.
• Doors and finishing woodwork – ensuring every detail looks professional.
• General renovation work – bringing your skills and problem-solving abilities to a variety of projects.

You'll also help coordinate with other trades, manage materials and deliveries, maintain safe working practices, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a carpenter who takes pride in their trade and wants to be part of a team that values quality and professionalism.

You'll need:

• At least 4 years' experience in carpentry and house renovations.
• A recognised carpentry qualification or equivalent practical experience.
• Your own vehicle, van and tools.
• A valid UK driving licence.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work independently, manage your workload and meet project deadlines.
• A proactive attitude towards health and safety, organisation and working with other trades.
