About Us

We’re a fast-growing wellness equipment company specialising in premium ice bath and sauna systems for both residential and commercial clients.

Our work is practical, fast-paced, and focused on delivering high-quality products and a reliable customer experience. We’re building a strong operational team and are looking for someone dependable who can get stuck in and grow with the business.

The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to support our day-to-day warehouse and fulfilment operations.

This is a varied role combining:

  • Order picking and packing
  • Dispatch and courier bookings
  • Warehouse organisation
  • Light assembly and product preparation

You’ll also be trained across key systems and processes so you can provide cover when needed — making you a key part of keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfilment (Daily Priority)

  • Print and process daily orders
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately
  • Ensure orders are ready on time each day

Logistics & Dispatch

  • Prepare shipments for courier collection
  • Pack small parcels and palletised orders
  • Support courier bookings and dispatch processes

Warehouse Organisation

  • Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organised
  • Ensure stock is stored logically and accessible

Product Preparation & Assembly

  • Carry out basic fabrication tasks (e.g. drilling tanks)
  • Cut hose and assemble components
  • Prepare products to a high standard before dispatch

Stock & Systems

  • Work with stock systems (Linnworks)
  • Support stock control and organisation

Team Support & Cover

  • Provide cover for dispatch and logistics when required
  • Support wider warehouse and operational tasks

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfilment role
  • Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
  • Confident handling both small parcels and pallet shipments
  • Practical mindset (comfortable using tools and doing basic fabrication)
  • Computer literate (Linnworks experience a bonus)
  • Good attention to detail
  • Reliable and proactive
  • Strong team player

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday 0730 starts
  • 25–35 hours per week
  • Morning availability essential
