Baldwin Construction Ltd are a construction company based in the West Midlands working in the surrounding areas/countys.

We carry out projects from Wetrooms to Extensions to complete New Builds, for domestic clientele and also law firms across the country

We have a full programme of work for 2024/25 and are looking for two experienced Muti skilled builders to join our team

The role will cover a wide range of general building and renovation work but the candidate must possess the following attributes to be considered,

10 YEARS + EXPERIENCE in domestic build and adaptation IS REQUIRED

• Must be a TEAM player
• Must be self motivated, pro-active but also teachable
• Must be able to read architects drawings and carry out duties from drawings and schedule of works
• Must have experience and be able to widen internal doorways and associated lintel work
• Be able to comply with Health and Safety safe working practices,
• Must posses own tools
• Must have a HIGH!! level of attention to detail
• Must posses good people skills...Must be polite and approachable as some projects but not all will be within or on peoples homes

This Job is not for a DIY chancer! Only experienced professionals need apply, with proven track record working on high end/value Dwellings!

• - This is a permanent CIS /PAYE position with trial period initially but possibly leading to permeant employment
• Previous employer references would be favourable
• Immediate starts (reference dependent)
• Wages to be agreed dependent on experience.
• Must hold current clean UK driving licenceNO AGENGIES

Benefits include:

Monday – Friday 7:45 – 4:30 working week.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £13.00 -£20.00 per hour plus, dependant on the individual

Van, Fuel, Insurances all provided !!

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift but flexibility and overtime available sometimes to get projects across the line

Experience:

10 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• CSCS
• SSSTS (preferred)
• Accreditation's (preferred)
• Driving Licence (required)
• 30yr old +

We are looking for an experienced and talented Builder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing, designing and overseeing a construction project, and will be capable of working independently as well as collaborating with a team. Good Manners and impeccable attention to detail is a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £140.00-£180.00 per day
