Job IntroductionChildren’s Residential Support Worker

Hours: 40 hours per week (including sleep-ins, weekends, and shifts)
Pay: Salary of £27,497.60 plus to an additional £8460 per year for sleep-ins (dependent on the number of sleep-ins completed)

We are looking for caring and committed Residential Support Workers to join our team in Benecare. This is a rewarding opportunity to support young people in a safe, stable, and nurturing home environment where they can grow, develop, and achieve positive outcomes.

About the Role
As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting young people in their daily lives, helping them build confidence, independence, and essential life skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a warm, safe, and supportive environment
  • Building positive relationships with young people
  • Supporting care plans and daily routines
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Promoting independence and emotional wellbeing

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with children and young people (preferred)
  • A genuine passion for supporting and caring for young people
  • Level 3 in Children & Young People’s Residential Care (or willingness to work towards)
  • A positive, resilient, and team-focused approach
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred)
