Full job description

Our founder Matt Wiley started Pure Life after watching his grandad receiving fantastic support from his home help Eileen. Based on real, authentic, genuine connection that only people can bring!

When Eileen retired he also received subsequent care that ticked every box but left him feeling unseen and unheard. Real care, Matt realised, is connection. Laughter. Belonging. The human touches that make people know they matter. We mean really matter.

So let's bring the warmth, laughter and connection to the people of Faversham making life long friends along the way.

And that's the very team we're building right here. One where your heart and humour matter as much as your skills.

"It doesn't feel like work. I can't believe I get paid to do this." — Lynne, Pure Life Carer
