An exciting apprenticeship opportunity has become available with a chance to work alongside a leading dental company, helping provide IT infrastructure and digital imaging solutions.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a keen interest in IT, looking to progress their career, growing within the company. Our team is growing fast, building an exciting future as our company becomes one of the UK's leading IT & Digital Imaging support partners.
This is a Level 3 IT Apprenticeship which will last for a duration of 21 months, after which you will be reconsidered for a professional position. If you do not have a GCSE A*-C (4-9) in Maths or English, you will be required to undertake a short assessment to ascertain your suitability.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- The go-to person for fixing IT issues for friends & family
- Previous customer service experience
- Confidence taking inbound calls
- Knowledge of Microsoft products
- Excellent eye for details and technical patterns
- Drive to deliver secure, compliant technical support
- A strong command of written & spoken English
- Positive and proactive attitude

ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Work as part of a team to meet clients needs
- Speaking to customers on the telephone daily
- Use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel & Word)
- Support for Windows OS (7,10 and Server 2008, 2012, 2016 and 2019)
- Run diagnostics to find problems with software and hardware
- Extensive training provided on digital X-Ray support & IT
- 1St Line Support
- Arranging services appointments for our engineers
- Opportunities to visit sites with senior members of staff
- Liasing with customers through our ticket system and Outlook
- Use of office equipment including photocopying and franking
- General administrative duties
WORKING WEEK:
Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00
