Full job description

We are currently looking for a part time maintenance officer to work on our portfolio of supported accommodation properties within North East Lincolnshire.

The main responsibilities include:

  • To be a Key member of the Property Management Team
  • To provide an efficient and effective Maintenance Service to North East Lincolnshire’s Chrysalis portfolio
  • To ensure that all properties within the portfolio inclusive of offices meet the required Housing Health Safety Rating System standards
  • To ensure void properties are scheduled and repaired to an agreed standard and available for re-letting within target times in liaison with colleagues/suppliers
  • To provide a high-quality service, ensuring outstanding customer service and service delivery by acting as an ambassador for Humbercare

The successful candidate must:

  • Have a suitable qualification in Building Maintenance or a minimum of two years relevant experience
  • Be computer literate with good working knowledge of Property Management Software, Microsoft Office and applications
  • Have good experience of building maintenance, Multi TradeDIY, including decorating
  • Have knowledge of the basic principles of property management
  • Have an understanding of the importance of health and safety legislation
