Job Role: Customer Experience Executive

Location: On‑site at our amazing Colchester office (CO7 7QR) - easy access from the A12

Salary: £27,000 per annum + company bonus

Position: Full-time, Permanent.

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am - 5:15pm (one early start per week from 7:30am - 5:15pm)

The Role:

Our Customer Experience team is expanding, and we're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping customers. As a Customer Experience Executive, you'll be the friendly voice and problem-solver for our customers, supporting them with:

  • Product quotes and orders
  • Delivery and account queries
  • Phone, email, WhatsApp and live chat support
  • Coordinating with internal teams to keep everything running smoothly

What You'll Bring:

Essential

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a fast-paced office environment
  • High level of accuracy
  • Order processing experience
  • Confident with basic computer systems
  • Proactive, positive, and a great communicator
  • A team player who enjoys building relationships

Nice to have

  • Experience of working towards KPI’s
  • CRM system experience
