About Heneb - The Trust for Welsh Archaeology

Job Purpose

The H&S and Facilities Administrator provides practical administrative support for health and safety and facilities activity across Heneb. The job involves supporting the coordination of health and safety processes, assisting with facilities administration and helping to ensure that leases, utilities, repairs, vehicles and workplace arrangements are well organised and up to date.

Person Specification

Essential Qualifications and Experience

· Experience of providing administrative support in a health and safety, facilities, office management, business support or similar operational setting.

· Experience of supporting health and safety administration, such as risk assessment records, training records, inspection information, incident reports, action logs or related documentation.

· Experience of supporting facilities administration, including repairs, maintenance requests, contractor or supplier liaison, utilities information, office records or building-related documentation.

· Understanding of confidentiality, data protection, procurement processes and the need to handle organisational information accurately and appropriately.

· Practical and responsive, with the ability to support day-to-day facilities, health and safety and business services activity calmly and efficiently.
