Bulloughs Cleaning Services Ltd are looking for a school Caretaker/handyman at Heron Hill School, Kendal, Monday to Friday, 25 hrs per week - 7-9 am and 3-6 pm

Hourly rate £14.14 - Weekly Pay

Role includes.

Key holder duties, opening the school on a daily basis.

Maintenance work, outside and inside, must have the skills to carry out general Maintenance duties as well as fire alarm, water and emergency lighting checks on a weekly basis.

Gritting and clearing snow and clearing leaves as and when the seasons dictate..

School inset days are to be worked.

Enhanced DBS will be required- Current Enhanced DBS an advantage but company will pay the cost of one for successful applicant

Right to Work documentation (birth certificate, passport or share code) will be requested and checked in every case.
