Mobile Area Supervisor - Cleaning Services (Liverpool Region)

Salary: £30,000 per year, paid weekly on a Friday (reviewed after 6 months)

Contract: Full-time, permanent

The Role

We are seeking an Area Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations across multiple client sites in the Liverpool area. This is a hands-on supervisory role, ensuring our teams deliver excellent service standards while maintaining compliance with company policies and health & safety requirements. There will be some cover cleaning activities in this role but also some flexibility during school holidays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, support, and motivate cleaning teams across allocated sites.
  • Conduct site audits and quality checks to maintain service standards.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through tight operations.
  • Oversee rotas, cover arrangements, and some recruitment of cleaning staff where needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, safeguarding, and company procedures.
  • Report operational issues promptly and work with management to resolve them.
  • Cover cleaning responsibilities where required.
  • Deputise for the Area Contract Manager as required.

What We're Looking For

  • Background in the cleaning industry with hands-on cleaning experience (essential).
  • Previous supervisory or management experience (advantageous).
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with staff and clients.
  • Flexibility to travel across the Liverpool area.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence.
