Job Description

Mitie has a great opportunity in The Bullring Shopping Centre, Birmingham. We are looking for an experienced Security Officer to join the Team on site, you will take a lead role on site on a daily basis. Your shift pattern will be discussed at interview with an hourly rate of £13.82, working a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours a week. You will report into the sites Security Operation's Manager.

A typical shift will be 12 hours covering nights including weekends and Bank Holidays.

Duties will include:

• Access and Egress Control
• Completing all necessary paperwork & reports
• Conducting external patrols
• Conducting internal & external patrols
• Conducting internal patrols
• Following site specific procedures
• Liaise with clients in a polite and professional manner
• Maintaining the highest standards of security

• SIA door supervisor licence essential

Working hours will primarily involve days with some nights on occasions. Shifts will be on varied rota pattern covering weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
