Full job description

Haidilao was founded in 1994 and it provides authentic Sichuan hotpot. It is one of the most successful hotpot restaurant in China, that is famous for its high quality of service and aims to offer customers an exceptional unique dining experience. Currently, the company operates more than 1100 establishments worldwide. They are located in China, Singapore, USA, South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Australia, Canada and many other countries. Haidilao established its first branch in Europe in central London in April last year and the second branch in east London in autumn this year. The one in Birmingham is the third branch, which was opened by the end of September 2021. As part of its international expansion strategy, Haidilao is looking to expand more branches across Europe.

Job Title: Waiter / Waitress

Place of working: Haidilao Hotpot, Unit SU333, Bullring Shopping Centre Bullring, Birmingham B5 4BU

Roles and Responsibilities:**

  • Full support of the restaurant daily operation
  • Fulfill customer needs at all time
  • Serve and making sure customer is satisfied at all times
  • Making sure the environment of the restaurant is always up to standard
  • Ensure all customer comes and leave with a smile

Capabilities**

This candidate should possess the following;

  • Possess a strong will in mind and able to handle high level of stress
  • Able to handle with fast pace of work
  • Possess of prior experience working in a restaurant will be a huge advantage
  • Able to communicate clearly and able to work in a team

Welfare and wages**

  • Initial probation period will be 2 months or less if you perform above expectation.
  • Meals will be provided at all times
  • Staff will be entitled to 50% discount for you and your direct family during dining
  • Additional incentives will be given if your performance exceeded expectation
  • There will be increment for all staff that has work more than 1 year
  • All staff will be entitle to all government-defined holidays and benefits
