OTE: £40,000 | Company Car or Car Allowance | Career Progression

A Quick Look at the Role: As a Residential Sales Lister, you'll play a key role in growing our branch by winning new instructions, carrying out valuations and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out valuations and winning new instructions
• Building strong relationships with vendors and delivering exceptional customer service
• Generating new business opportunities and growing market share
• Advising customers throughout their property journey
• Working closely with your branch team to achieve targets

Skills and Experience We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience within residential estate agency, ideally as a Lister, Valuer or Negotiator
• Is passionate about winning new business and delivering excellent customer service
• Has strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Thrives in a target-driven environment
• Is organised, proactive and motivated to succeed
• Holds a full UK driving licence
