  • Acting as the bridge between business and IT teams, providing clarity and direction throughout delivery
  • Facilitating workshops and discussions to drive alignment and decision making
  • Supporting User Acceptance Testing, including test case creation and defect resolution
  • Monitoring scope and identifying risks to ensure delivery stays aligned to business objectives
  • Contributing to continuous improvement within the BA function and wider change activity

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience working as a Business Analyst in a delivery-focused environment
  • Strong requirements engineering and documentation skills
  • Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Confident stakeholder management with the ability to challenge and influence
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills
  • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban)
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA and Confluence
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on delivering real business value

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Financial Services or a regulated environment
  • SQL or basic data analysis skills
  • Understanding of systems architecture or technical design
  • Relevant qualifications such as BCS Business Analysis or Scrum Product Owner
