Vacancy: Business Change Analyst

About the vacancy:

We're looking for a Business Change Analyst to support the successful delivery of change across our projects at Hedyn.

In this role, you'll work closely with project teams and stakeholders to assess the impact of change, support business readiness, and help embed new processes, systems, and ways of working. You'll play a key part in ensuring changes are smoothly adopted and deliver real benefits to the organisation.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in change, transformation or project environments who enjoys working collaboratively, influencing stakeholders, and driving positive organisational change.

Specifically, in the role you will:

  • Change Impact Assessment: Identify and assess the impact of programme changes on people, processes, systems, and culture.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work with stakeholders across business units to understand needs, concerns, and readiness for change.
  • Change Planning: Develop and maintain change plans, including communications, training, and engagement activities.
  • Process Mapping & Gap Analysis: Analyse current and future state processes to identify gaps and support transition planning.
  • Benefits Realisation Support: Assist in tracking and reporting on benefits realisation and adoption metrics.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify change-related risks and issues, and support mitigation planning.
  • Communication & Training Coordination: Support the development and delivery of communication and training materials in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Change Readiness Assessment: Conduct readiness assessments and support business areas in preparing for go-live and post-implementation.
