Full job description

Product Manager

Narwhal Labs (Narwhal Group Limited)

Location: Bristol, UK (must be able to commute to Bristol)

Employment Type: Full-time

We're Narwhal Labs — an NVIDIA Inception Member and Google Partner building DeepBlue OS, the autonomous platform that answers every call, follows up every lead, and logs every interaction across Voice, SMS, Email and WhatsApp.

We launched in May 2026. The feature requests are already outpacing capacity. We need someone to decide what gets built next and make that decision stick.

What you'll own:

  • The product roadmap end-to-end: backlog, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint readiness
  • Real Scrum — not a JIRA board with a label. You'll run ceremonies, own the definition of done, and track velocity
  • Customer conversations — onboarding, churn, feature requests — translated into evidence-backed priorities
  • The bridge between engineering and the business: clear requirements, technical context, no vague briefs

Who we're looking for:

  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS product management, you've shipped features customers actually used
  • Genuine Scrum fluency; you know the difference between "doing agile" and actually doing it
  • Developer background a real advantage, if you've written code before moving into product, you'll hit the ground running. DeepBlue OS is technically complex (autonomous voice agents, real-time billing, multi-tenant compliance), and the ability to read an architecture doc, reason about API contracts, and earn engineering trust on day one sets you apart
  • Experience in AI, voice, or communications platforms is a genuine differentiator
  • Comfortable being the product team, no analysts, researchers, or programme managers to lean on

This is an urgent requirement so we require candidates who are immediately available or at short notice.

Diversity and Inclusion

We're building something global at Narwhal, and we mean that in every sense. The work we do requires different ways of thinking and different ways of thinking come from different people.

At Narwhal, we're committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences, and we actively work to ensure our hiring process is fair and accessible for everyone. Reasonable adjustments are available at every stage, just reach out and we'll make it happen.

Pay: £40,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
