This is an opportunity to register your interest in future Change Manager roles within transformation and organizational development. Roles of this type typically sit within programmes or projects where change is critical to success—whether that's technology implementation, process improvement, organizational restructure or cultural shift. You could work with stakeholders across multiple levels, helping to plan and execute change, support adoption and remove barriers to transition. What you would do

Typical responsibilities could include:

  • Developing and delivering change strategies and roadmaps aligned to programme or project objectives
  • Planning and coordinating change activities, communications and stakeholder engagement across the organization
  • Identifying and addressing resistance to change through stakeholder mapping, impact assessment and mitigation planning
  • Supporting the design and delivery of training, communications and change enablement materials
  • Monitoring change adoption and managing transition risks, reporting progress to programme leadership
  • Collaborating with project, HR and operational teams to ensure organizational readiness
  • Documenting change requirements, lessons learned and best practice for future reference

What you could bring

Most roles of this type require the following:

  • 3–5 years' experience in change management, organizational change or transformation support
  • Experience developing and delivering change strategies and communication plans
  • Stakeholder engagement and management across multiple organizational levels
  • Knowledge of change methodologies (such as ADKAR, Kotter or similar frameworks)
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with ability to influence without direct authority
  • Experience with organizational change tools and techniques (impact mapping, resistance management, adoption tracking)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Proficiency with MS Office and project management systems
