Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated senior consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong business analysis and analysis skills, with a proven track record of delivering strategic solutions to clients across various industries. Duties
- Lead comprehensive business analysis to identify client needs, challenges, and opportunities.
- Develop detailed project plans and strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Analyse organisational processes and recommend improvements to optimise efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Provide expert advice on best practices, industry trends, and innovative solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, presentations, and stakeholder meetings to communicate findings and recommendations clearly.
- Support the development of proposals, bids, and reports that articulate value propositions effectively.
- Mentor junior team members, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing within the organisation.
Experience: 3- 7 years
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant within a consultancy or corporate environment.
- Demonstrable expertise in analysing complex business processes and implementing strategic solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels with clarity and professionalism.
- Experience leading projects from inception through delivery, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools for business analysis and project management is desirable. This position offers a stimulating environment for professionals eager to apply their skills in analysing business challenges while making a tangible impact on organisational success.
Lead complex consulting engagements across our service areas including business strategy, financial consulting, and restructuring. Manage client relationships and mentor junior team members.
Key Responsibilities

- Contribute to business development and thought leadership requirements
- 3-8+ years of consulting experience in strategy, finance, or operations in any field.
Proven track record of successful project delivery.
Experience working with international clients in Europe and Middle East
- Strong client management and presentation skills
- Advanced degree (MBA, MSc) preferred but not essential. Bachelor degree in finance, engineering or other quantitative related field essential.
- Dual English (B2) and Turkish Language speaking essential. Further languages are advantage.
