Overview
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with potential clients, foster relationships, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of B2B sales, and the ability to negotiate effectively. Duties

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through targeted outreach and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Conduct B2B sales presentations via various channels, including virtual meetings and face-to-face meetings.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favourable terms for both parties.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using organisational tools.
  • Follow up with leads promptly to maximise conversion rates and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development roles.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Valid driving licence and willingness to travel as required for client meetings.
  • Proficiency in IT systems, CRM software, and organisational tools.
  • Outstanding time management and organisational skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Key Responsibilities
