They will manage their own sales pipeline, engaging with prospective customers and guiding opportunities through the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract award.

This is a hands-on, target-driven role that requires a confident and motivated individual who enjoys opening doors, creating opportunities and delivering the resultant profit margin. The Business Development Manager will play a vital role in generating workload for our nationwide occupational health teams and mobile division. They will also work collaboratively with other areas of Kays Medical to identify opportunities for cross-selling and introducing additional services where appropriate.

This role requires a resilient, self-motivated and commercially minded person. Previous experience selling occupational health services is advantageous, although candidates with a successful track record in healthcare, wellbeing, or other B2B sales environments will also be considered.

WHY KAYS?

This is an opportunity to join a business with real momentum, where your impact will be visible, valued, and directly tied to continued growth.
