Full job description

We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth across the South of England. Enabled by recent legislative change, HubRx is transforming the pharmacy landscape through an innovative Hub & Spoke dispensing model which reduces operational burden, improves efficiency and frees pharmacists to focus on delivering better patient care.

This is a unique opportunity to join HubRx at a pivotal stage of growth and play a lead role in scaling a transformative pharmacy technology business. Your contribution will directly support the evolution of pharmacy services, helping to make them more efficient, sustainable and patient-focused.

This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you’ll identify and engage independent pharmacy owners, build long-term partnerships and drive adoption of our model. You’ll be responsible for developing a strong pipeline of opportunities, converting prospects into lasting relationships, and playing a central role in expanding our footprint.

This role is ideal for someone who has:

  • A strong understanding of pharmacy operations and Patient Medication Record (PMR) systems.
  • Proven experience in sales or business development within the pharmacy or healthcare sector.
  • The ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders and close deals.

This is a field‑based role covering the South of England, with regular travel to customer sites and industry events. You’ll have flexibility to manage your own diary, with a strong focus on outcomes and results.
