Full job description

RX DIRECT (www.rx-direct.co.uk) is a newly formed business unit of Saffron Group. A retail pharmacy group. The Group was established in 1997 and has over 200 team members. Rx Direct is an e-prescribing solution aimed for private clinics and independent doctors for e-prescribing and medication management for their patients. Managing the patient journey from prescription creation to dispatch of medication from our central dispensary.

What are we looking for?

Do you have any Sales experience with an NHS or Private healthcare background, with a passion for making a real difference to patients' quality of life, looking for a rewarding, field-based BD role which offers flexibility, autonomy and a fantastic benefits package? As part of this role, you'll work remotely, managing your own diary while traveling across your territory. This role would suit someone with any Sales experience ideally from a medical background but not essential, looking for a fast-paced, dynamic role with strong earning potential through a generous bonus scheme.

The Role:

  • Building new relationships with private healthcare clinics and doctors and developing new accounts.
  • Driving sales to grow market share and achieve targets.
  • Representing the company at promotional events and exhibitions.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Actively hunt for and win new business to grow your account portfolio
  • Hold full P&L and forecasting responsibility for all accounts
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics and report back to the business on progress

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Active participation in the UK healthcare system.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales, particularly in forming partnerships to meet revenue goals.
  • Excellent networking and relationship management capabilities.
  • Strong negotiation skills with an ability to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit, capable of working independently and achieving results.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong presentation abilities.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrable success in achieving targets, with an understanding of margins and profitability.
  • Persuasive Communication: Skilled in conveying concepts and securing client commitment, with a focus on building lasting relationships.
  • Full UK Driving License: Essential for regional travel within the M25 and London areas.
