This is a high‑impact, strategic role focused on developing, managing, and expanding Business‑to‑Business sales within the Private Hospital sector. You will be instrumental in driving our commercial strategy, strengthening long‑term customer partnerships, and identifying new opportunities across both UK and selected international markets.
You will work closely with Customer Service, Operations and wider commercial teams to ensure Private Hospital customers receive exceptional support while delivering sustainable revenue growth, basket expansion and increased market share.
Responsibilities:
-
Delivering annual sales and profitability targets across the Private Hospital and B2B sectors
-
Building and maintaining strong, sustainable customer relationships using insight, commercial acumen and strategic engagement
-
Identifying and securing new business opportunities across the company’s product portfolio

Gaining long‑term contractual commitments to drive profitable revenue and volume growth

Developing and nurturing relationships with strategic customers across all segments of the organisation
-
Collaborating effectively with internal departments to support long‑term customer development
Requirements:

An excellent understand of medical sales within the private hospital sector
-
In‑depth knowledge of sales techniques, account management and business development

Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship‑building skills
-
Experience influencing stakeholders at group and hospital level, including procurement, operational and clinical teams
-
A data‑driven approach to identifying opportunities and creating customer value
-
A full UK driving licence.
