Summary

We are seeking a dedicated New Business Development Manager to join our team in the UK. Based at our Central Support Office in Weston Super Mare (regular travel & nights away from home), this role plays a vital part in expanding our client portfolio and strengthening our market presence, aligning with our mission to deliver exceptional facilities management services.

Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify, target and secure new business opportunities across:
  • Hotels – Housekeeping
  • Apartments / Serviced Apartments – Housekeeping
  • Hotels – Maintenance Services
  • Build and maintain a pipeline
  • Meet clients to understand operational challenges and requirements
  • Deliver tailored solutions
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs

Commercial & Pricing

  • Develop costing models and pricing structures
  • Produce detailed costing sheets
  • Ensure commercial viability and margin control

Proposals, Contracts & SLAs

  • Create proposals and presentations
  • Draft contracts and SLAs
  • Ensure alignment with operational delivery

Market Mapping & Lead Generation

  • Build and maintain contact databases (GMs, Owners, Asset Managers)
  • Generate leads through networking and outreach

Client Relationship Management

  • Build strong client relationships
  • Act as initial escalation point where needed

Collaboration with Operations

  • Work closely with operational teams
  • Support mobilisation of new contracts
  • Ensure clear handover to Head Office

Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain pipeline and activity tracking
  • Report on wins, conversions, and trends

Growth in Republic of Ireland

  • Drive expansion in Ireland
  • Secure new properties and opportunities

Skills & Experience

  • Strong background in sales / business development
  • Experience within:
  • Hotels
  • Serviced apartments
  • Facilities / outsourced services
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Hotel operations and housekeeping
  • Maintenance services within hotels
  • Experience in:
