Looking for a role where you can learn, earn, and make an impact from day one? We’re looking for an ambitious, confident individual to join our client's growing events and venue partnerships team. You’ll get hands-on experience in sales, business development, and campaign planning—while working on exciting projects with leading UK brands.

About Our Client

Our client delivers eye-catching branded pop-up events, retail activations, and promotional experiences across the UK. From busy high streets to major shopping centres, they create campaigns that get noticed and get results.

The Role

As a Graduate Sales Trainee, you’ll be learning the ropes face-to-face in a fast-paced, supportive environment. You’ll be trained to:

  • Learn and understand the company’s products, services, and market positioning to effectively communicate value to potential clients.
  • Assist senior sales staff in identifying and qualifying leads through research and outreach.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to gain hands-on sales experience.
  • Support the preparation of sales proposals, reports, and client communications.
  • Develop strong product knowledge to confidently address customer queries and objections.
  • Gain exposure to CRM systems and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer success, product) to support sales campaigns.
  • Work towards personal sales targets under the guidance of experienced mentors.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to build sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to contribute ideas for business growth.

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need years of experience—our client will provide full training. But we do need someone who’s:

  • A confident communicator with great people skills.
  • Driven, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Organised and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Ready to hit targets and celebrate success.
  • Excited about events, marketing, and branded experiences.

What You’ll Get

  • Competitive basic salary + uncapped commission (OTE £35K+).
  • Monday to Friday working hours.
  • Ongoing sales and business training.
  • Real career progression opportunities.
  • A friendly, supportive team culture.
  • The chance to work on campaigns for major UK brands.

If you’re ready to kick-start your career in sales and events, apply today and join a team where no two days are the same.
