The Role

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing new business and building client relationships
• Sourcing and engaging top talent within your specialist market
• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
• Conducting candidate interviews and client meetings
• Negotiating offers and closing deals
• Building your own network and market expertise
