Quality Assurance Administrator – Part-Time
Aspire and Thrive
Monday–Friday Term-time only 30 hours per week.
Office-based with planned travel across our regional delivery areas

Aspire and Thrive is looking for a highly organised, analytical and detail-focused Quality Assurance Administrator to support the continued development and oversight of quality across our organisation.
Working closely with the Director responsible for Quality Assurance, you will help ensure that our services, venues, systems, workforce development and evidence-based practice consistently meet the high standards we expect for the children and young people we support.
The Role
This is a varied part-time role structured across five working days per week, combining Quality Assurance administration, analysis, reporting and planned visits to Aspire and Thrive venues.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining Quality Assurance trackers, evidence, reports and action plans.
- Cross-referencing and validating standards of practice, performance and service delivery.
- Supporting internal audits and external Quality Assurance visits.
- Working with our HR team to validate mandatory training, qualifications, CPD and workforce development requirements.
- Working with our external Health & Safety partners to monitor inspections, checks, certification, renewal dates and compliance.
- Undertaking a full Quality Assurance audit of venues and key processes at the beginning of each academic year, followed by planned monitoring throughout the year.
- validating standards of accreditation and learning evidence would cover the successful candidate supporting with IQA of ASDAN employability qual, DOE award and AQA
- Visiting Aspire and Thrive venues across our regional delivery areas to undertake audits, checks and evidence validation.
- Identifying gaps, trends, themes and opportunities for improvement.
- Producing a comprehensive half-termly Quality Assurance overview for organisational leaders.
- Ensuring actions identified through audits and Quality Assurance activity are recorded, followed up and appropriately evidenced.
About You

- A commitment to safeguarding, Health & Safety, continuous improvement and high-quality practice.
- The ability and willingness to travel to our venues and delivery locations.
Experience within Quality Assurance, compliance, education, alternative provision, children's services, Health & Safety, HR, audit or safeguarding would be advantageous.
