Job Summary

S Tysoe Installations are launching a Management Trainee Programme and are seeking a Management trainee based at our offices in Desford, Leicestershire..

We are seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team as Management Trainees. This programme offers a comprehensive introduction to our organisation’s operations, providing valuable experience across various departments. The role is ideal for those looking to develop their leadership skills and gain practical knowledge in a dynamic business environment. Successful trainees will have the opportunity to progress into managerial roles within the organisation.

You must have the ability to reliably commute to our offices in Desford

Duties:

  • Increasing brand awareness and visibility for our clients
  • Complete rotational placements across key departments to gain broad business exposure.
  • Carry out assigned tasks accurately, professionally, and to agreed deadlines
  • Contribute ideas and participate actively in meetings, training sessions, and development activities
  • Build strong working relationships with colleagues across the business
