Role: Customer Service Assistant

Hours: 37.5 per week (part-time also considered)

Location: Ermine Business Park, PE29 6XU

The Call Centre Progression Plan

Customer Service Assistant £20,500

You will have:

  • Experience in a Customer Service environment
  • Good knowledge of a booking process
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Team Player
  • Fast and accurate keyboard skills and Accurate data input skills

Customer Service Coordinator £21,500*

In addition to the Customer Service Assistant, you will have:

  • Excellent knowledge of our booking process
  • Able to carry out the back office Admin tasks
  • Ability to service our special customer lines
  • Good Product knowledge of Fleet Assist’s portfolio
  • Able to train new starters on our phone based processes
  • Low error rates

Customer Service Specialist £23,500**

In addition to the Customer Service Coordinator, you will have:

  • Excellent back-office admin tasks
  • Super User of our Atlas system
  • Able to train new starters on our back office admin tasks and processes
  • Self motivated and able to use own initiative
  • Exceptional Product knowledge of Fleet Assist’s portfolio
  • Deputise for the Team Leaders in their absence

Team Leader £24,000+**

In addition to the Customer Service Specialist, you will have:

  • Be able to lead and manage a team

About Fleet Assist

Fleet Assist provides network management services to 38 of the UK's leading leasing & contract hire companies with a combined fleet size exceeding 1.1m vehicles and annual maintenance spend exceeding £200m.

The Call Centre Overview

With a friendly team of around 18, The Call Centre is the point of contact for drivers to book services for their vehicles. We do this using our in-house system, ‘Atlas’. Many of our customers have personalised policies and the Call Centre implement these rules to each booking and provide a fantastic service for each booking.

We manage around 70,000 bookings per year.

You will be passionate about providing excellent customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be looking to progress through our progression plan as indicated in the diagram below.
