  • Manage and optimise large marketing budgets, ensuring strong commercial return and performance
  • Oversee digital channels including website, SEO, campaigns and analytics to drive traffic and conversion
  • Lead PR, brand development, events, campaigns and external engagement

  • Experience building or developing marketing functions from scratch or rapidly scaling activity
  • Proven ability to manage large marketing budgets and deliver measurable ROI
  • Evidence of delivering quick wins and immediate growth impact
  • Strong commercial mindset with a focus on results, performance and delivery
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh, innovative ideas consistently
  • High energy, self-motivated, and proactive approach
  • Confident operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Fresh, dynamic and able to challenge traditional approaches
  • Brings ideas continuously and acts on them quickly
  • Comfortable working on-site 5 days per week as part of a collaborative team
  • Able to operate at pace without losing focus on outcomes

What Success Looks Like

  • Immediate marketing activity that drives increased visibility and engagement
  • Clear evidence of business growth supported by marketing
  • Delivery of creative campaigns that differentiate the organisation
  • Strong return on marketing investment
  • Continuous pipeline of new ideas, initiatives and improvements
