The Business Development Manager (UK) is responsible for driving Numata's growth across the United Kingdom by identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities into long-term strategic client relationships. Reporting to the Partner: Commercial Growth, the role is accountable for expanding Numata's presence within the UK market by acquiring new managed services clients, developing strategic partnerships and positioning Numata as a trusted Business Technology Strategist for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

The Business Development Manager will lead the end-to-end business development lifecycle, from market research and prospecting through to solution positioning, proposal development, commercial negotiation and contract closure.

Working closely with Marketing, IT Strategy & Advisory, Client Experience and Service Delivery teams, the role ensures a seamless transition from opportunity creation to successful client onboarding.

This is a highly commercial, client-facing role requiring strong consultative selling skills, strategic thinking and the ability to build trusted executive relationships while consistently delivering sustainable revenue growth.

By developing a sustainable pipeline of qualified opportunities, building strategic partnerships and collaborating closely with internal delivery teams, the Business Development Manager contributes directly to revenue growth, market expansion and long-term client success.

The role also provides valuable market intelligence that influences service development, pricing strategies and go-to-market initiatives, ensuring Numata remains competitive in an evolving technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & New Client Acquisition

Develop and execute a UK business development strategy aligned with Numata's growth objectives.
