Join Our Growing Team

We are looking for an experienced PA / Administrator to join our friendly and professional team based in Windsor.

This is a varied and fast-paced role that will see you working closely with senior management, helping to keep the business organised and running efficiently. No two days are the same, so we're looking for someone who is proactive, highly organised, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business, from diary management and correspondence through to financial administration and general office support. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing diaries and appointments, handling emails and telephone enquiries, preparing documents and correspondence, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to the management team. The role will also involve assisting with invoicing and financial administration using Xero, helping to ensure the smooth running of office processes.

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant (PA)
  • Previous Administration experience
  • Office 365 Experience
  • Experience using Xero accounting software
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Vonfident using Microsoft Office and general IT systems
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
  • Professional, reliable, and proactive approach to work
  • High level of attention to detail
