About Simply Luxe

Simply Luxe is a specialist designer and manufacturer of bespoke packaging solutions, delivering projects from initial concept through to mass production across a wide range of market sectors. We pride ourselves on maintaining exceptional standards in everything we do. Due to continued growth, we are expanding our team and are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Business Support Administrator to join us.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on role supporting our logistics and compliance function.
You’ll be managing incoming product, arranging inspections, and making sure goods are checked, approved, and ready to ship. It’s a mix of physical work and desk-based coordination, working closely with the logistics and project teams and dealing with vendors globally.
It’s fast-paced and deadline-driven — you’ll need to stay organised, take responsibility, and get things done without being chased.
We are part of a wider international group, giving the business long-term stability while maintaining a close-knit, hands-on team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handling all incoming deliveries — unpacking, checking against samples, and carrying out standard quality checks

Inputting and managing inspection requirements through internal systems

Arranging inspections and making sure they happen on time

Following inspections through to completion — reviewing outcomes

Keeping project records accurate and up to date

Supporting with commercial invoices, PODs, and general logistics admin

Working with the logistics, project teams and our worldwide vendors.

Supporting the wider team with general business tasks as required

Skills & Experience

· Experience in logistics, compliance, inspections, or a similar role

· Good IT skills (Excel and general systems)

· Strong written communication

· High attention to detail when checking physical products

· Full UK driving licence

· Some exposure to AQL, inspections, or product quality

· Working at pace and meeting deadlines without needing constant direction

· Supporting a close‑knit, deadline‑driven team

· Taking pride in doing things efficiently, consistently, and reliably

What Matters

· Switching confidently between hands‑on tasks and desk‑based work

· Comfortable juggling practical work and admin

· Proactive, organised, and steady under pressure

· A team player who values stability and takes pride in their work

· You can work at pace and hit deadlines

· You don’t need constant direction

· You’re comfortable chasing people and pushing tasks forward

· You’re happy working in a close-knit, deadline-driven team

· You want a stable role and take pride in doing it properly
