You'll lead a busy, high-volume grill kitchen, delivering consistently high standards while inspiring and developing a motivated brigade. This role would suit an experienced Head Chef with a branded restaurant background who enjoys leading from the front and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Is an experienced Head Chef, ideally from a branded or high-volume restaurant environment
  • Has experience leading busy grill or fresh food kitchens
  • Is passionate about developing, mentoring, and retaining great teams
  • Has strong commercial awareness, including GP, labour, and stock management
  • Leads by example with a positive, hands-on approach
  • Thrives under pressure while maintaining exceptional food quality and consistency
