Chef De Partie - Aston Hall Hotel

Aston Hall Hotel is a well established 50 bedroom hotel in Sheffield, renowned for its hospitality, events, and high quality dining experiences. Following the successful refurbishment and relaunch of Byron's Lounge Bar, we are proud to announce the opening of our brand new Darcy’s Restaurant a contemporary dining concept focused on quality, seasonal ingredients and modern cuisine.

With Darcy’s now open and already building momentum, this is an exciting opportunity to join our kitchen team at a pivotal stage of growth and play a key role in delivering exceptional food across our restaurant, lounge bar and busy banqueting operation.

We are looking for a talented and driven Chef de Partie with strong experience in both banqueting and restaurant dining to join our expanding kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities

• Run a section of the kitchen and support the smooth day to day operations.
• Prepare and present high quality dishes for Darcy’s Restaurant, Byron's Lounge Bar and banqueting events.
• Deliver consistent standards across high volume weddings, events and à la carte service.
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.
• Support and mentor junior team members while working closely with senior chefs.

About You

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie (or a strong Demi CDP ready to step up)
• Solid banqueting experience within a hotel or events environment
• Strong restaurant background with excellent attention to detail
• Passionate about fresh, seasonal food and maintaining high standards
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and key event dates
