Learning & Development Manager - Luxury hotel

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate Learning & Development Manager to lead training and development within a luxury 5-star hotel. You will be responsible for delivering engaging learning initiatives, supporting team development, and driving a culture of continuous improvement across the business.

The Role
The Learning & Development Manager will be responsible for:
  • Leading the hotel's training and development strategy
  • Delivering and coordinating training programmes
  • Managing onboarding and induction
  • Supporting managers with team development
  • Monitoring training performance and engagement
The Person
The successful Learning & Development Manager will have the following:
  • Previous L&D experience, ideally within hospitality
  • Experience delivering training across multiple levels
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and professionalism
  • A proactive approach and passion for developing people
