Centurion Fire & Security Ltd has been established for 49 years. A vacancy has arisen in our talented installation team due to our success in winning new contracts.

You will be working with a highly talented team of Engineers who are dedicated to customer service.

We are a service oriented Company, whose success can be attributed to researching, testing and training only on the products we support and install, which we consider to be the best available products in each of the four disciplines we work in which are:

  • FIRE
  • CCTV

The result is a team of highly trained multi-skilled security engineers who are fully competent with the following products:

  • Advance & C-Tec Fire alarm systems
  • Milestone / Hikvision / Indigovision CCTV equipment
  • Galaxy & Texecom intruder alarm panels
  • Paxton Access control systems

Desired Skills and Experience

If you are competent in one or more of the above products or you are a security engineer wishing to increase your knowledge in Fire alarm system installations then we are willing to provide FIA fire training to the right candidate.

You should have previous experience working for an NSI accredited company, hold a valid driving licence and preferably have the following training/certificates:

  • ECS card
  • IPAF
  • Asbestos awareness trained
  • City & Guilds qualification


A Company vehicle is provided together with a competitive rate of pay which together with our bonus scheme offers above industry average remuneration. We also operate a sales commission and an annual profiting sharing scheme also can add to your remuneration.

From those early beginnings taking place in the founders Garage, a highly respected and trusted security installation & manufacturing Company was born. In 1990 the manufacturing side of the business was spun off in a new Company Technistore Ltd which is also still trading today.

48 years on Centurion Fire & Security is still innovating and pushing the boundaries of technology to provide even better customer service. For example most installations are installed with a remote diagnostics capability, so our service Engineers can fault find and identify any replacement parts required prior to visiting site.

Centurion first became accredited by the NSI (National Security Inspectorate) when it was known as the NSCIA in 1984 and has been a member of it in it's various forms (NACOSS) and now the NSI for over 30 years. Our other industry accreditations are many, as follows:

  • NSI ISO9001 quality assurance NSI GOLD accredited
  • BAFE Fire alarm systems accredited
  • Milestone – Advanced certified NSI GOLD CCTV installers
  • Paxton – Access Control NSI GOLD certified installers
  • Honeywell – Galaxy intruder alarm installers (30 years)
  • CHAS – Health & Safety certified
  • CRB checked staff
