Drainage Supervisor – Join Our Growing Team

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Drainage Supervisor to lead our operational teams and ensure the safe, efficient delivery of drainage works across a variety of sites. If you’re a hands‑on leader with strong technical knowledge and a passion for high‑quality service, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Drainage Supervisor, you’ll oversee day‑to‑day site activities, manage drainage operatives, and ensure all works are completed to industry, safety, and environmental standards. You’ll play a key role in planning, supervising, and delivering both reactive and planned drainage works.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading and motivating drainage teams to deliver safe, high‑quality work
  • Planning daily workloads, allocating tasks, and ensuring resources are in place
  • Supervising CCTV surveys, jetting, repairs, and installation works
  • Handling customer calls and emails
  • Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety requirements and completing RAMS
  • Liaising with clients and providing clear, professional updates
  • Completing job sheets, reports, and site documentation
  • Supporting training and development of operatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience in drainage operations (jetting, CCTV, confined spaces, repairs)
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience
  • Good communication and problem‑solving skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Relevant certifications such as CSCS, Confined Space, First Aid (desirable)
  • NRSWA Supervisor, OS19X, SSSTS/SMSTS (advantageous)
