Location: Primarily covering Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and Northamptonshire

We are seeking a qualified electrician to join our growing team. With 99% of our work based in the local area, you’ll benefit from being close to home while working on a diverse range of projects. From domestic to commercial jobs, your tasks will range from Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) and electrical installations to door entry systems, CCTV, solar PV installations, and much more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Electrical Installation & Repairs: Carry out installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in domestic and commercial properties.
  • Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs): Perform thorough electrical testing and inspections in domestic and social housing to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
  • Fault Finding: Diagnose electrical faults and implement efficient repairs.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure all installations and repairs are in line with current electrical regulations and safety standards (e.g., BS7671).
  • Door Entry & CCTV Systems: Install and maintain door entry systems and CCTV for both residential and commercial clients.
  • Solar PV Installation: Assist with the installation and maintenance of solar PV systems, with training provided if needed.
  • Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and ensuring satisfaction with all work completed.

What we're looking for:

  • Fully qualified electrician with relevant certifications (NVQ Level 3, 18th edition)
  • Experience in domestic and commercial installation work including testing,
  • A keen eye for detail and dedication to delivering high-quality work
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service
  • Full UK driving license
