The Role: Fire & Security Engineer

You'll be responsible for a variety of exciting and impactful tasks, including:

Installation

  • Fire alarm systems
  • Intruder alarms
  • CCTV systems
  • Access control
  • You’ll install with
  • precision and pride
  • , ensuring each system is safe, secure, and reliable.

Maintenance

  • Regular servicing of fire and security systems
  • Preventative maintenance to ensure everything is fully functional
  • You’re the one clients trust to keep their systems running like clockwork.

Fault Finding & Repairs

  • Diagnosing and repairing faults efficiently
  • Responding quickly when issues arise
  • Your sharp problem-solving skills help keep properties safe 24/7.

What You’ll Get

  • Salary: £37,000 – £45,000 (depending on your experience and expertise)
  • Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday – weekends are yours
  • Commission & Overtime: Earn commission on any parts or systems sold and get paid overtime – your hustle never goes unnoticed

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with fire alarms, intruder systems, CCTV, and access control
  • A strong eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Someone who takes pride in their work and is passionate about keeping people safe
  • A team player who’s also confident working independently
  • ECS/CSCS card, FIA/NVQ qualifications, or similar? Even better – but we’re happy to support the right person with training!
