Full job description

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Cabinet Maker or Bench Joiner to join a highly respected specialist workshop producing high-quality bespoke joinery for prestigious projects across London.

Working from an impressive, modern manufacturing facility in Basildon, you'll be joining an established team producing bespoke pieces for luxury residential, high-end hospitality, retail and commercial interiors.

We're particularly interested in hearing from skilled Cabinet Makers, Furniture Makers and Bench Joiners who are confident working from detailed technical drawings and take pride in producing work to a high standard.

The Role:

  • Manufacturing and assembling bespoke joinery, cabinetry and fitted furniture
  • Working from detailed technical drawings and specifications
  • Producing one-off and specialist pieces to a high standard
  • Working with a variety of timber, sheet materials, laminates and veneers
  • Checking completed work to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Preparing completed items for the Spray Shop or Quality Control
  • Working alongside experienced craftspeople within a professional workshop environment

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Cabinet Maker, Bench Joiner, Furniture Maker or similar
  • Strong workshop-based manufacturing experience
  • Ability to confidently read and manufacture from technical drawings
  • Experience producing cabinetry, fitted furniture, bespoke joinery or similar high-quality products
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good practical problem-solving skills
  • Pride in your workmanship
  • Reliable and comfortable working as part of a team

You don't necessarily need to come from a high-end bespoke joinery background. If you're an experienced Cabinet Maker, Furniture Maker or Joiner with strong workshop skills and the ability to manufacture accurately from drawings, we'd be interested in hearing from you.
