The Role

We’re looking for a motivated Electrical Improver to support our qualified electricians on a variety of projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in a supportive environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Carry out basic wiring, containment, and cable pulling under supervision.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Maintain tools and equipment.
  • Work as part of a team to deliver projects on time.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as an electrical improver or similar role.
  • Basic electrical knowledge and practical skills.
  • ECS card (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in commercial or industrial environments.
  • Additional certifications (e.g., IPAF, PASMA).
  • Being able to read drawings and work on your own to them would be desirable.
