Job Profile

As a Maintenance Operative kitchen fitter on our planned works programme you will be joining our maintenance team and dedicated team of installers in providing a comprehensive kitchen replacement programme to the community and partnered clients.

Candidate Profile

You will be values driven and focused on delivering a great service. A successful Kitchen Fitter will bring the following key skills and/or experience to the role:

• NVQ level 2 in carpentry or equivalent
• NVQ Level 2 in plumbing or equivalent
• Competent Plastering
• Competent Tiling
• Previous experience as a kitchen fitter or multi-trade undertaking first and second fix kitchen installation works.
• Able to measure, quantify and specify works.
• Ability to use a handheld device i.e. personal digital assistant (PDA)
• Commitment to excellent customer service.
• Ability every day to work with BVT’s values
• Full driving licence.
• Basic DBS check
