Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic hospitality environment, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for food and beverage service, with a keen eye for detail and a friendly demeanour. Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is advantageous, but full training will be provided for the right applicant. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills within the food service industry and work in a lively, team-oriented setting.

Duties

  • Welcome guests warmly and manage reservations efficiently
  • Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation as required
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations
  • Handle customer enquiries professionally and resolve any issues promptly
  • Support barista duties if applicable, including preparing coffee and other beverages
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods
  • Restock supplies as needed to ensure seamless operation throughout shifts

Skills

  • Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality environments is desirable
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service times.
  • Experience in restaurant settings or as a barista is advantageous
