Full job description

If you are a fun, reliable and trustworthy individual looking to work hard to keep high standards of our cafe, this is the role for you.

The role includes, working directly with the Assistant General Manager. You will tasked with overseeing a small team and ensuring the smooth day to day operation of the cafe.

Dealing with customers; till work/taking payments; making both hot and cold food; understanding allergens; understanding, maintaining and ensuring the highest food hygiene levels; preparing hot drinks; dealing with customer complaints; cleaning; opening and closing down the café.

Day to Day Tasks-

- Managing a small team.

- Managing orders

- Maintaining high cleanliness

- Cleaning of the cafe.

- Serving Hot/Cold Food & Drinks

- Any other tasks asked of you by the management team

This role includes lots of independent working. You will be responsible for keeping on top of cleaning, making and prepping food, ordering.

All team members hired must be able to work well both independently and in a team. We believe strongly in internal promotions, and are always looking for ambitious people who want to work their way up the ladder.

Our Full time supervisor will work 35 - 40 hours a week and this can include bank holidays, half terms, weekends, evenings and day times.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
