ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Shift Manager to help lead our front-of-house team and ensure each day runs smoothly. You’ll be a key part of daily operations, maintaining our high standards, supporting the team, and ensuring every guest feels genuinely welcomed and looked after.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who loves hospitality, thrives in a team setting, and leads by example.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience in a similar hospitality or café setting, ideally in a supervisory or team leader role.
• Confident with speciality drinks (or keen to learn), with high standards of presentation and taste.
• Naturally warm and people-focused — able to make guests feel seen and cared for.
• Calm under pressure, organised and proactive in keeping service running smoothly.
• A team player who supports and motivates others, leading with kindness and consistency.
• Strong attention to detail — from service flow to maintaining a clean and beautiful space.
• Comfortable with basic admin tasks such as till reconciliation, ordering, and opening/closing procedures

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead shifts with confidence and care, ensuring a smooth and positive service experience
• Make and serve great coffee, food, and drinks to the highest standard
• Support, guide and motivate team members during service
• Be the go-to point of contact during your shifts, solving problems calmly as they arise
• Ensure the space stays clean, calm and beautifully presented
