Your Responsibilities

Depending on your role, responsibilities may include:

• Welcoming guests with a warm and professional attitude
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout every visit
• Taking food and drink orders accurately
• Serving food and beverages efficiently
• Preparing and serving drinks to a high standard
• Maintaining excellent cleanliness and presentation throughout the venue
• Working closely with kitchen and management teams
• Cash handling and till operation
• Supporting colleagues during busy service
• Creating a welcoming atmosphere that keeps customers returning

For Supervisors, responsibilities will also include:

• Leading shifts and supporting the management team
• Motivating and developing team members
• Maintaining exceptional service standards
• Assisting with training, stock control and daily operations
• Helping ensure every shift runs smoothly and efficiently

Salary

Salary is competitive and will reflect your experience, knowledge and the position you apply for. This will be discussed during the interview process.
