Are you passionate about food, coffee and providing excellent customer service? We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Café Team Member to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy café environment and takes pride in delivering great food, quality drinks and a welcoming experience for every customer.

Job Details

  • Position: Café Team Member
  • Working Pattern: 3.5 days per week, across a 7-day rota
  • Working Hours: 7:00 am – 4:30 pm
  • Availability: Must be flexible to work weekdays and weekends as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and cooking food to a high standard.
  • Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks.
  • Making quality coffee and operating coffee machines.
  • Providing friendly and professional customer service.
  • Taking customer orders and handling payments.
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety.
  • Keeping the kitchen, counter and seating areas clean and organised.
  • Working effectively as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the café.

What We’re Looking For

  • A friendly, positive and hardworking attitude.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliability, punctuality and a willingness to learn.
  • Cooking experience.
  • Barista experience would be an advantage.
