Full job description

Job Title: Mobile Food, Barista Sales and Customer Service Assistant

· Mobile Role – Various Local Routes

· Salary: £25,500 per year

· Performance Based Commission

· Full-time | Monday to Friday

· Occasional Weekend Availability

· Manual Driving Licence Required

· Flexible early starts with early finishes.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Build strong relationships with regular customers on your route

· Get to know customer preferences and recommend products confidently

· Proactively upsell products, promotions, and new menu items

· Drive daily revenue and grow your route performance

· Operate and maintain a fully equipped Coffee King food truck

· Manage stock, reduce waste, and keep accurate records

· Deliver excellent service while working independently

What We’re Looking For

· Confident, personable, and naturally good with customers

· Enjoys selling and spotting opportunities to increase spend

· Takes ownership and accountability for results

· Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

· Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or sales is helpful but not essential

· Full UK driving licence
