Café Manager – Kays Café Join Us in Building Something Special

We are looking for an experienced, passionate and driven Café Manager to lead the launch of our brand-new café, Kays Café, opening in September.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who doesn't just want to manage a café—but wants to help build a successful business from day one. We're looking for a leader who takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service, developing great people and maintaining consistently high standards.

Kays Café is a modern, welcoming café serving high-quality breakfasts, lunches, freshly prepared hot and cold food, homemade desserts, premium coffee and refreshing drinks.

Monday – Saturday
7:00am – 2:00pm

The Role

As Café Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the café.

You'll be trusted to lead the operation, build an exceptional team and create a fantastic experience for every customer.

This is a hands-on role where you'll lead by example and set the standards that the rest of the team follows.
