· Ensure compliance with food hygiene regulations and company procedures.

· Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the kitchen and storage areas.

· Follow all HACCP procedures and food safety guidelines.

· Complete required cleaning schedules and records.

· Ensure allergens are correctly managed and communicated.

· Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures.

Teamwork & Customer Experience

· Work collaboratively with front of house colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery.

· Support a positive and professional working environment.

· Assist with food preparation and service for special events.

· Support seasonal promotions and themed menu offerings.

· Help deliver additional catering requirements during marina events and peak trading periods.

· Adapt menus and service requirements to support business growth and customer demand.

The above list is not exhaustive and duties relevant to the post or the individual’s experience may be required from time to time.
