We're hiring Front of House Team Members to join Montero Lounge,a local café bar. Part of Loungers,proudly named Casual Dining Group of the Year 2026. Offering up to £12.71/hr + tips,paid breaks,staff food every shift,and 50% off food & drinks,this a great next step for a waiter,waitress,barista,bartender,and more. Experience isn’t essential — if you’re kind and love hospitality,we’ll teach you the rest!


About the Role

As part of our Bar & Waiting team,you’ll be the sort of person who can read each customer effortlessly,adapting your style whether it's a quiet solo coffee or a table full of birthday cocktails. You'll work with the whole team to make sure every customer leaves happy; which they tend to do. Because of your natural skills.

What You'll Do

  • Welcoming customers and delivering warm,genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in
  • Serving food to a high standard,making sure every dish lands just right
  • Preparing and serving drinks to spec — coffees,cocktails,and everything in between
  • Keeping the bar prepped,stocked,and clean throughout every shift
  • Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries,including allergen questions,with confidence
