Job Summary

Are you passionate about crafting exceptional coffee and creating memorable customer experiences? Liv Caffe is seeking skilled and enthusiastic Baristas to join our dynamic team!

At Liv Caffe, we take pride in serving high-quality coffee, specialty beverages, and delicious treats in a welcoming and vibrant environment. As a Barista, you'll be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer enjoys a moment of happiness with every cup.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages to the highest standards.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, building rapport and creating a friendly atmosphere.
  • Operate coffee-making equipment and maintain cleanliness and organisation of the barista station.
  • Educate customers about our menu, including seasonal and specialty items.
  • Handle transactions efficiently and accurately using the till system.
  • Support the team with stock management, replenishment, and adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: A MINIMUM of 1-2 Years of Barista experience in a fast-paced environment is essential.
  • Skills: Proficient in crafting high-quality coffee and beverages with attention to detail.
  • Customer-Focused: A friendly and approachable personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to create consistently high-quality beverages.
  • Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively and support colleagues.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
