We are open for the season and looking for an experienced chef to join the kitchen and help us deliver food to a consistently high standard.

This is a busy kitchen through the summer. We want someone who has cooked at pace before, holds their standards when the covers stack up, and takes pride in what leaves the pass.

  • Keep the kitchen clean, organised and compliant with food hygiene standards at all times
  • Follow allergen procedures and record keeping accurately
  • Work with the Head Chef on specials and daily menu changes where appropriate

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience working as a chef in a busy kitchen
  • Confident cooking fresh food from scratch
  • Calm and organised under pressure
  • Good understanding of food hygiene and allergen requirements
  • A strong team player who turns up ready and gets stuck in
  • Level 2 Food Safety certificate is desirable, though we can support the right candidate

What we offer

  • A seafront kitchen in one of the best settings on the south coast
  • A busy season with a strong team around you
  • Hourly rate, tips, staff meals.

Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
